2026 Honda Prelude Named Finalist for North American Car of the Year

Arriving in 2026

The all-new 2026 Honda Prelude has been named a finalist for the 2026 North American Car of the Year™ awardNot bad for a comeback tour.

This electrified sports coupe blends Honda’s fun-to-drive legacy with modern hybrid performance, pairing Honda’s award-winning two-motor hybrid system with high-performance chassis tech sourced from the Civic Type R.

Translation: responsive, engaging, and built for people who still enjoy the act of driving.

It also debuts Honda S+ Shift, an innovative drive mode that promises to deliver simulated performance gear shifts, rev-matched downshifts, and enhanced engine sounds.

With winners announced January 14, 2026, the 2026 Prelude is already proving that Honda’s future isn’t just fun. It’s note-worthy.

And if history is any indication, Honda tends to do pretty well on the North American stage.

We cannot wait for the Prelude revival to hit our shores in 2026

Honda cleans up at the 2026 Car and Driver 10Best Awards

Honda just did what Honda does.

For the fourth year in a row, Honda earned more Car and Driver 10Best Awards than any other brand, with four models making the prestigious 2026 list:

  1. Honda Civic (4th year straight)

  2. Honda Accord (record 40th win)

  3. Honda CR-V (4th year straight)

  4. Honda Passport (first-ever)

That brings Honda’s total to 99 Car and Driver 10Best trophies, the most in the award’s 40th year history. In fact, at least one Honda model has made the list every single year since 1983.

The reviewers highlighted what Honda drivers already know: their vehicles balance practicality, performance, and value in a way few brands can match. From the fun-to-drive Civic and Accord to the do-it-all CR-V, this year’s winners span the lineup.

Toys for Tots wrapped up this week!

This holiday season, Holler Honda was honored to serve as a Toys for Tots drop-off location, and our community showed up in a big way. The donation boxes quickly filled with everything from Spider-Man toys to board games, helping bring a little extra joy to children across Central Florida.

Our showroom became more than a stop along the way—it turned into a festive gathering point, with gifts stacked beneath the Holler Honda Christmas tree and holiday spirit all around. Each donation was a simple reminder of how much impact small acts of generosity can have.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by and contributed. We’re grateful to play a small part in making the season brighter for local families. 🎁
