The Four Hondas honored by Parents.com are revealed

Honda Accord
Big news for busy families and carpool captains alike. Parents.com has named four Honda models to its 2026 Best Family Cars list, giving Honda five total awards this year—more than any other brand.
Even more impressive? Honda has earned 69 Best Family Cars trophies since the awards began in 2002. Talk about a dynasty!
Honda Accord wins ‘Best Family Sedan for Families’
Honda HR-V wins ‘Best Compact SUV’ and ‘Best Value SUV for Families’
Honda Passport wins ‘Best Mid-Size 5-Passenger SUV for Families’
Honda Odyssey wins ‘Best 3-Row Minivan for Families’

Honda Passport
So how did they decide these awards? A panel of experts test-drove more than 150 vehicles, digging into the stuff that actually matters to families like
Rear-seat space
Third-Row comfortability (when applicable)
Standard Safety Tech
LATCH Access
Ease of Car seat installation
Everyday Usability
So with four vehicles listed by Parents.com, I think it’s safe to say Honda aced this one!

More Family Awards roll in for Honda Automotive!

Looks like Honda just can’t help winning. The 2026 Accord, Accord Hybrid, Passport, and Ridgeline have all been named Best Cars for Families by U.S. News & World Report.
The editors weren’t shy about it—these rides are officially top of their class, and yes, they give a wholehearted nod to buyers.
The turbocharged Accord flexed its muscle, claiming Midsize Car of the Year for the fifth time, while the Accord Hybrid takes home its third win in the Midsize Hybrid category. Over in the SUV corner, the rugged Passport keeps its streak alive with a fifth two-row midsize SUV award, and the Ridgeline makes history as the first-ever winner in the Midsize Pickup Truck class.
With a whopping 43 total Best Cars for Families trophies, Honda isn’t just participating—it’s dominating the family-friendly vehicle game. And let’s be real: there’s been at least one Honda on the list every year since 2011. That’s consistency you can drive home.
